These rope pull plates are just a thinner replacement of the ones found on the Proto2000 4427 covered hopper model. The prototypes are just a thin piece of steel welded to the sill of the car. As long as you are detailing your models, why not replace the pull plates. Here is a photo of what is included in the kit.
