The same three patterns of roofwalks listed previously are also used for the InterMountain PFE R-40-23 Reefer. An additional pattern, Transco pattern represents a horizontal expanded metal, whereas the Gypsum is a vertically expanded metal.

When railroads removed boxcar roofwalks to comply with government regulations, many removed the roofwalk but left the mounting brackets on the car. Now you can model this with these brass brackets. Each package contains six sets of 16 brackets.

HO Auto CARriers Details
Is it a boxcar or Autorack????? What ever you call it, we have some details for it. Walthers produces a 75ft Autocar that is / was used by Amtrak and Autotrain. Two kits are available for this model. One of them is a walkway and full length ladder kit. The other is a short ladder kit.
