Coupler Cut Bar sets and brackets

For all those modelers who have asked for a set of just the hanger brackets found in our cut bar sets, we have a fret of the brackets that contains all three syles of the brackets and there are 12 each of the brackets, enough to do eighteen cars.

These coupler bars are made out of Phosphorus Bronze and made to represent the trombone looking cut bars usually found on cusioned underframe cars. This photo is of a PRR X56 boxcar model built by Tom Haag showing one of the coupler bars installed. To see more of Toms work, go here.

This next coupler bar is designed to represent what I call a sliding style coupler bar. Here is a prototype photo of one. Two configurations of this couper bars are available. One of the frets contain three sets and the other has twelve sets. One set will do one car.

Yet another style of coupler cut levers. We are labeling these as Stanray style since once the handle is bent to shape, they can be used to represent any number of cut levers manufactured by Stanray. Packages contain enough parts to do 3, 6 or 12 cars. A new style of hanger is included with these cut bars.
